For students, only one paper per registration is acceptable. This fee includes 1 tutorial access for student registrant.

Final paper submission guidelines- INDICON 2020

Registration fee includes

  • Access to all technical sessions
  • Tea/Coffee breaks, lunches during the conference
  • Welcome reception
  • Conference banquet
  • Registration kit

However, registrations DOES NOT include the following:

  • Hotel stay during the conference
  • Access to Tutorial(s) for which separate registration is required


  • Please note that the fees shown above are inclusive of all taxes and levies. Any gateway charges along with applicable taxes or levies, if any, will have to be borne by the registrant.
  • IEEE members are requested to upload IEEE membership card / receipt of payment for 2020 online during the online registration process if registering under IEEE category.
  • Students are requested to upload valid student ID card (front and back side) during the online registration process if registering under that student category.
  • Please keep a copy of the transaction ID, generated by the payment gateway as well as by your bank. You may need these later if you need to track your payment/registration.
  • All correspondence regarding registration for INDICON 2020 should contain Paper ID as well as registration confirmation number.
  • Please note that INDICON 2020, or its hosts, represented by the Organizing Committee as well as the IEEE India Council or IEEE Delhi Section, will not be responsible for any loss, financial or otherwise, caused by improper transactions conducted online. While Organizers have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe online transaction, it is the registrant’s responsibility, while paying the registration fee, to secure their user IDs, passwords, Paper ID, etc.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Registration cancellation will be accepted only against the written request sent by email to
  • Any cancellation received till 31 October, 2020 will be entitled for 100% refund of the registration amount paid.
  • Any cancellation received between 1 November, 2020 - 30 November, 2020 will be entitled to 50% refund of the registration amount paid.
  • No refund will be made for cancellation after 30 November, 2020.
  • All refunds will be made 30 days after completion of the conference (Note: Applicable bank charges will not be refunded for online registration.)

Visa Assistance Letters:

  • Once your registration is complete, you may download your invitation letter for VISA purposes from the online registration portal.

* Accompanying guest/spouse, if attending, must register under 'Non-authors' category.
